These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and 3ptt governing your access to and use of the 3ptt platform, including all gaming, sports betting, payment, and account services available at 3ptt.org. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account on 3ptt you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
The sections below set out the full legal terms. These six cards highlight the most important points. They do not replace the full Agreement — please read all clauses carefully.
Access to 3ptt is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance. Age is verified during registration and at KYC stage before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 3ptt. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held within them.
Before any withdrawal is processed, 3ptt is required to verify your identity through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by 3ptt are subject to the wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps specified at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and derived winnings being voided.
Any attempt to defraud 3ptt, including collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, chargebacks on genuine deposits, or providing false identity documents, will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3ptt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or deposit through 3ptt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with any additional rules or policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any Account you have registered. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
To register and maintain an Account on 3ptt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
To open an Account with 3ptt, you must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, national ID, device fingerprint, shared payment method, or shared IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms. 3ptt reserves the right to close all such Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 3ptt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 3ptt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
All Accounts on 3ptt are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once a currency is set at Account creation it cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
3ptt is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in connection with ongoing compliance monitoring. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
3ptt reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, not only at withdrawal stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by 3ptt may result in Account suspension and delay or cancellation of pending withdrawal requests. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the 3ptt Privacy Policy.
3ptt accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Debit/Credit Cards where supported. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in the Platform's cashier section.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within thirty seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider. 3ptt does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 3ptt bears no responsibility.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 3ptt Account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. 3ptt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its compliance procedures.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These minimums are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Deposits below the stated minimum for a given method will not be processed.
Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings in their Account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 7 days. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed within six hours of submission during standard operating conditions. Requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may experience additional processing time. 3ptt will communicate any delays via the Account dashboard or email.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 3ptt reserves the right to require withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method if the original method is unavailable or if compliance considerations require it.
The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:
3ptt does not deduct taxes from player withdrawals at the platform level. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your gaming winnings under the laws applicable to you. 3ptt recommends consulting a qualified tax adviser if you are uncertain of your obligations.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards issued by 3ptt are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry date, and maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings.
Wagering Requirements must be completed using Real Money Funds before Bonus Funds become withdrawable. Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate specified in the individual bonus terms.
3ptt monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing only low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where such patterns are detected, 3ptt reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel derived winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account.
The 3ptt Loyalty Program operates under its own supplementary terms, available on the Loyalty Program page. Points are earned automatically on qualifying real-money wagers and credited to the Account within 24 hours of the wager settling. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between Accounts.
All casino games on the 3ptt Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant games — are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used on 3ptt are independently audited to verify statistical randomness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Published RTP figures are accurate and are not inflated beyond certified values.
In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction during a game round, 3ptt's systems record the state of the game at the point of malfunction. Where the game round cannot be completed, the wager placed for that round will be refunded to your Account Balance. Winnings generated during a round that experienced a provable technical malfunction may be voided. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a live dealer game session, 3ptt's system will attempt to complete the hand or round according to the standard game rules applicable to that title. Any winnings resulting from the auto-completed round will be credited to your Account in the normal manner. 3ptt is not responsible for losses resulting from your own connectivity failures.
All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other markets available on 3ptt, are subject to acceptance by the Platform at the time of placement. 3ptt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on markets that have been suspended, where odds have been published in error, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularity.
Where odds are published in error due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or human input mistake, 3ptt reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. Where the correct odds at the time of bet placement can be established, 3ptt may offer to settle the bet at those corrected odds. Players will be notified of any void or correction via their Account transaction history.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods when significant match events occur (wickets, goals, timeouts, injuries). Bets submitted during a suspension period are not guaranteed acceptance. Delay between real-world events and data feed updates is an inherent feature of in-play betting; 3ptt does not accept liability for bets placed on the basis of information the Player knew to be already resolved at the time of submission.
In the event of a cricket match or other sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or ruled void by the governing body, 3ptt will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific settlement rules for that sport and market type, as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. In general, bets on events that do not reach their official completion threshold will be voided and stakes returned.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3ptt Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
3ptt reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, an ongoing compliance investigation, a chargeback dispute, or any other situation requiring Account review. During a suspension, the Account Balance is ring-fenced and not accessible to either party pending the outcome of the investigation.
Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, 3ptt may permanently terminate the Account. In such cases, any Balance consisting of Real Money Funds may be returned to the Player following deduction of any amounts owed to 3ptt, unless the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or prohibited conduct under Clause 11, in which case the entire Balance may be forfeited.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 3ptt via live chat or at [email protected]. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive Real Money Balance will have that balance withdrawn to the verified payment method on file following completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Voluntary closure requests may take up to five business days to process.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool available in Account Settings rather than a standard closure request. Self-exclusion terms are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy, accessible at /responsible-gaming.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will constitute infringement and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptt's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3ptt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 3ptt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3ptt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and connectivity issues outside 3ptt's control may affect Platform availability from time to time. 3ptt will use reasonable endeavours to restore full service promptly in such events.
3ptt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3ptt may be required to share player data with its licensing authority, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or payment processors as required by applicable law or its licensing conditions. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.
3ptt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, eligibility criteria, or fee structures — 3ptt will provide registered players with at least 7 days' prior notice via the email address associated with their Account before the updated terms take effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or restructuring for readability) may be made without prior notice, and the effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.3.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3ptt holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 3ptt, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. The majority of disputes — including withdrawal queries, bonus disputes, and technical malfunction claims — are resolved within 48 hours through the standard support process.
If your dispute is not resolved through the standard support process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." 3ptt will acknowledge the formal complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive written response within 10 business days. The formal complaint response represents 3ptt's final position on the matter at the platform level.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
