When am I enrolled in the 3ptt Loyalty Program?
Automatically, from the moment your 3ptt account is created and verified. There is no separate opt-in form. Every verified account starts at Bronze tier and begins accumulating loyalty points from the first real-money bet placed.
How is my monthly tier calculated — does it reset on the 1st?
Yes. Your monthly wagering total resets at the start of each calendar month. On the 1st, 3ptt reviews your prior month's total and adjusts your tier accordingly. If you hit Rs 200,000 in wagers during March, you enter April at Gold tier. Tier changes take effect at midnight on the 1st of each month — your benefits update instantly with the new tier.
Can I lose my tier status entirely in one bad month?
No. The 3ptt Loyalty Program uses a one-tier safety buffer. If your wagering drops below your current tier's threshold in a given month, you move down by one tier only — not back to Bronze. For example, a Platinum player who has a quiet month falls to Gold, not Silver or below. Consecutive low-activity months can result in further tier drops, so staying active helps you hold your position.
How and when is cashback credited to my 3ptt account?
Cashback is calculated on your net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday) and credited every Monday by 12:00 PKT. For Bronze and Silver tiers, cashback arrives as bonus credit with standard bonus terms. For Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers, cashback is credited directly to your withdrawable balance with zero wagering requirements — you can transfer it to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any supported bank immediately.
Do loyalty points expire?
Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any points not redeemed within that window are removed from your balance. To avoid expiry, simply stay active on your 3ptt account — even a small wager resets the 12-month clock on all existing points. Points can be redeemed inside your account dashboard at a rate of 500 points per Rs 100 in bonus credit.
Does cricket betting count toward my loyalty tier the same as casino games?
